Returns & Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
If you are unable to contact us within the initial 14-day period, we will still do our best to assist you for up to 30 days after delivery whenever possible.
How much can I get refunded?
The refund amount depends on the nature of the issue. If a full refund is approved, you will receive the full amount paid for the affected item. In some cases, we may offer a replacement product, store credit, or a partial refund depending on the situation.

How can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Since our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after your order is placed.
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel the order.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your package at any time.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes. If your order has not yet entered production or shipping, we'll do our best to update your delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you before processing begins.
If your request is urgent, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp for the fastest response. Due to the high volume of emails we receive, email responses may occasionally take longer than expected.
Do you offer discount codes?
