At ELYNN STUDIO, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every item is made to order, which means each product is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly review the issue and arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.

If you are unable to contact us within the initial 14-day period, we will still do our best to assist you for up to 30 days after delivery whenever possible.

Sizing Issues

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure which size to choose, feel free to contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to help.

Because all products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

However, if you selected the correct size according to our size chart and the item still does not fit as expected, please contact us with your sizing details and measurements. We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size selection

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Orders that have already been delivered as described
